17-18/4/2008

Yesterday:

-can't really remember what happened. lol

-All I remember is that I did a good deed after school.

Dunno whether it is considered a good deed or not but I did help someone in need.

here goes..

I boarded the bus (851/852) from NYP bus stop. Then I sat at the seat just behind the driver's seat for no reason even though there were plenty of seats around. I was about to keep my wallet when a lady approached me and asked for change for $10. "Woah! $10?!" I definitely didn't have the change. But seeing that she had to pay the bus fare, I offered to 'give' her some coins. I mean, you dun expect her to pay $10 for a bus ride shorter than mine.. She had $0.50, so i gave her $0.40. Not a big sum.. lol, but hey, I'm not earning any money.. She was very grateful, it was no big. I love helping ppl, it really makes my day to see their happy faces. :) & she sat down beside me even though there were many seats around. Then when she reached her stop, she said thank you once again. I dunno why but I felt really happy at that moment.. ok, maybe I'm wierd.



Today:

Lessons on this day (Friday) start early & end late. It starts at 8am sharp & ends at 5pm. ok.. but there's a 3hour long break in the middle. So i used that to do some assignments. So overall, the day is cool..

As some of you might know, class participation is very necessary in my elective-Food Culture. So after a video that nearly caused me to doze off, we had a break & a class discussion for the answers in the assignment. Some of us were pretty kan chiong, quickly raise hands to answer questions. Moral of story, wear striking colour and sit right in front of the teacher so that you would catch his attention first. LOL.. Another of Lim Woon Ching's theory.. not very funny la.. i'm a little lame tonight.. NYP FOOD really rocks la, love NORTH CANTEEN!

We also purchased textbooks of alarming prices.. can't really remember the price but it makes my wallet feel lighter. Oh no!



&& What CCA should I join??? Should I continue with my all time passion-dance or join something new? If I join dance in NYP, will I be happy? I liked the la ballroom enmasse (ballroom dances like salsa & more..) but I'd have to show off loads of skin, which my father would totally disallow. I'm being very indecisive here.. My current 2 choices are NYAA & aikido. NYAA i'm not sure of what I'm gonna expect, while aikido is now praticed all the way at Tanglin CC & must pay.. Argh.. & Charmaine C. also has these 2 ccas in mind. I'd join aikido with her because she looks really keen on that. I'd definitely join NYAA. 2 CCAs.. dunno if I'd be able to cope. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed and start mugging, so I'd be able to keep up in class.
