Last Fri, This Mon and today.

Today: Moody
I finally know how it feels.. I really do. Its a terrible terrible feeling.. I dun like it.
I was quiet during the 1st lecture of the day.. like for once. The main reason is that mapa was far far away from me & that I was feeling pretty moody..
Then obviously that joker cheered me & the rest of the sisters up. But that was after the lecture, so you could imagine a super stoned and quiet woonching.. That joker nearly pushed me into the koi pond.. If he does that.. Oh, & his hair was sooo flat today.. We all thought he rebonded his hair, hahaha..
- For Intro to FS practical, we were supposed to get the gluten from diff types of flour. My group did the bread flour and rye. We had to make a stiff dough.. not too sticky, then let it rest for 5 mins, then we knead it on the table for 10mins or so, then we put in in a cloth like bag and soaked it in water for 10mins, then we started washing the whole thing under running water till we were left with only an elastic, rubbery substance(gluten) or in the 'rye' case, nothing at all. For those that dunno how gluten looks like, ours looked like sponge, lots of holes. hahas. Then we played with it like tofu.. ok, bad interpretation. Overall, it was quite fun. The rinsing process was tiring.. we were like squeezing the cloth thingy like for sooo long.. more than 15mins under running water.. so you could imagine.. my poor wrinkled hands, hahas. At least it felt better than those who squeezed like mad like us but was left with nothing in the bag.. Ya, i talk too much sometimes.
- As usual.. the 2 hours break was wasted talking. I wouldn't say it was wasted eating because eating is an essential part of daily life.. Me & my crapping.
- Then was microbio lecture, we were supposed to keep all our notes as teacher was giving like a class quiz, the 3 FS classes competing together. Like when any one in our class knew the answer to the question, the module rep would hold those artificial clapping hands and shake it! hahas. Guess who won? FS0803!!! Whoots! 0801-4, 0802-4, 0803-6. hahas. I didn't know a single ans.. oh dear, gotta buck up.. Bio still seems to be my lousiest subject. *sigh..
- Then SCHOOL'S OVER!!! Me & mapa 'suaning' each other as usual.. sigh.. we seriously behave like kids.. Many were suspecting that I had a long lost childhood..
